Getting Support

Despite us trying our very best to create understandable documentation, demo applications and unit tests, we understand that there are times when you may need some technical assistance.

If you have a question about ReportingCloud or any of its SDKs, we want to help you.

Listed below are are our main support channels.

Community Slack

The ReportingCloud Community Slack workspace is divided into a number of channels, each one focused on one programming language. In addition, we have one channel for general chit-chat and one for random thoughts.

Email Support

If you prefer traditional email support, we invite you to start a conversation with the Support Department.

Simply create a ticket, selecting ReportingCloud from the department selection list, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
